Only when I left for university, did I start to take it seriously and try to recreate my mom’s recipes, and experiment as well. With each dish I prepared, my passion for cooking developed and it never stopped since then. Cooking became my escape, a creative outlet where I could express myself, and disconnect from my busy life while embracing the benefits of nutritious meals.

And why did I only take it seriously when I left for university? Because I started seeing everyone around me eating highly processed, low-quality, pre-made meals every single day.
